First Steps

First Steps is for babies and toddlers and their parent, grandparent or carer. We meet term-time only on Tuesday and Friday mornings from 9.30 to 11.30 am. You can go to either session or both as you prefer. Please sign in at the hatch when you arrive. We charge £1 per family to cover costs. Drinks and biscuits for the children and adults are available as often as you want. There are a variety of toys and activities for the children to play with inside and outside (weather permitting). There is usually a craft for the older children to do in the hut outside the door – please take your child over to do that if they want to. At the end of the morning we pack up the toys and have a sing-song together and share any notices and birthdays.
