The Ladies' Fellowship

We have much to thank the Lord for: a warm dry place to meet and have fellowship together, with a welcome cup of tea at the finish.

Tuesday afternoon may have us ‘oohing’ and ‘aahing’ over the wonders of God’s creation (courtesy of Peter Gamble’s slides), or quietly meditating over the message brought to us by our speaker.

On February 25th we were joined by friends and treated to a delightful luncheon at church. We truly appreciated all who worked behind the scenes, with special thanks to Hannah and Naomi Vanlint, Naomi Backhouse, Katherine Gibb and Hannah Shipway for serving at table.

We were joined by friends from local churches at the Women’s world Day of Prayer on Friday 7th March. As host church this year we were pleased to welcome the Revd Sue Field, who gave the address on ‘Holy Spirit Fill Us’ as prepared by the Christian Women of Lebanon.

Our hearts go out to those in the fellowship who have lost loved ones and are grieving. We are praying that the God of all comfort will keep you in His care.
