The Ladies' Fellowship

As the Autumn session commences we wish to take this opportunity to thank those kind ladies who opened up their homes and gardens during the summer break, provided lovely teas and even entertainment: Alison, Gillian, Jan Page and Margaret Jessop - many thanks. Thank you too, Naomi and Bryony for the puppet show, it was great.

The holiday for senior members to Eastbourne went well thanks to the hard work our Minister Howard and secretary Gillian put into making the week go smoothly. It was warmly appreciated.

Sadly Jack Allen, husband of Margaret, passed away at this time. We extend to Margaret and family our sincere condolences and assure her of our help and support in the months ahead.

Now there is much to look forward to, so join us Tuesday afternoons at 2.30pm for an hour of singing, a short Bible reading and usually a guest speaker bringing a message of cheer, encouragement and spiritual uplift so much needed today. Tea and biscuits finish our time, so come - a warm welcome awaits you.
