I never liked Spam, it always tasted greasy to me. Why someone chose the name Spam for unsolicited email I don't know. If you receive unexpected emails from people you don't know, then these two articles from Microsoft may be of interest to you.

When you back up your data don't forget that your list of favourite web sites probably won't be backed up. You can save your favourites in a file in your data area and then back them up with your other data.
Open Internet Explorer, from the File menu select "Import and Export". A 'wizard' will appear to help you through the process. Select "Export Favourites", then click "Next". The whole Favourites tree is selected by default, so click "Next". Select "Export to a file or address" and in the accompanying box select a filename and destination folder within your data area. Click "Next" then click "Finish".
If you want you can import your favourites from this file onto another computer as well as just saving those useful links to backup disks.
The import/export facility also allows cookies to be exported and imported. Cookies can contain sensitive personal data. You should be careful about exporting them since you make that data more readily accessible to others.
